A small Ligne 2 from the 1980s in gold plating, finished with fine vertical lines running the full height of the case. The linework catches the light in narrow bands as the lighter turns, so the surface reads as a series of bright edges rather than one flat plane, and the plating carries a warm, even tone across cap and body alike.

This is the size that made the Ligne 2 an easier lighter to live with day to day, small enough to sit comfortably in a smaller hand or a tight pocket without losing anything of the model’s proportions. Flame adjustment sits on a screw at the base rather than on the latch, with two ports underneath, one for refilling and one for adjustment, so the two functions are kept separate and neither interferes with the other. The cap itself was built to open with a distinct, pronounced note, the ping, or cling, that collectors listen for, and it is a large part of why this model has the following it does.

This one shows visible wear from genuine use, consistent with a lighter that was carried rather than kept on a shelf, and the condition is graded good on that basis. The original box is included. It has been fully serviced in our workshop and is ready to be filled and used.
