Are the lighters working?
Yes, all lighters have been made to fully working condition. We restore lighters in-house to ensure they hold their value and don’t degrade any further, without the lighter losing its history/patina. Lighters will always be sent with a flint, except for some collectible lighters since storing them for a long time with a flint could result in the degradation of the flint, thus damaging the lighter. Lighters will not be sent with fuel/gas due to shipping regulations.
Can I send my lighter in for repair?
Unfortunately, we are too small to offer this service at a reasonable price. There are many people and businesses already offering such services, but for now, we can only repair our stock.
How long until my order arrives?
Your order will be processed in 1 to 3 business days. Within this time you will receive the tracking code and confirmation that your order has been handed to the shipping company. After that, delivery time may vary on where you are located around the world.

Do you offer a warranty on the lighters?
Unfortunately, we are not able to give any guarantee on vintage lighters, especially gas lighters. Even though crucial parts may have been serviced/replaced, an older lighter may still leak gas over time, or miss a spark. These lighters have aged over decades, resulting in some internal wear that may have accumulated and will affect their performance, and there is nothing to be done about it. Just know that you are buying a vintage product, and it can happen that they may not perform as aspected from a new lighter.
My order arrived damaged or is lost, what now?
All orders are shipped with insurance. If your order was damaged or lost during shipment, please contact us immediately. In case of damage, the lighter needs to be returned to us. After we receive the lighter, your purchase amount will be transferred back within 14 business days.
