Vintage Rose Gold Plated Ligne 1 ST Dupont Lighter 1970s

The iconic S.T. Dupont name is known for quality, well-made cigarette lighters and other luxury implements. The company’s origin can be traced to Simon Tissot-Dupont opening his workshop shop in Paris in 1872 after his previous one burned down. The production of lighters started in 1941 with their first petrol lighter. Over time, S.T. Dupont became famous for manufacturing the world’s most complicated and sophisticated luxury lighters. Even to this day, the iconic name carries its legacy.

This small ligne 1 S.T. Dupont lighter features Rose Gold plating with an engined turned design. Made approximately in the 1970s, this lighter has almost perfect edges, no engraving, and only minor wear to its plated surface from all those years. The lighter has through a full service (so no gas leak), and is freshly polished to be in the exceptional condition it is now. All in all a beautiful lighter, ready to be a daily carry for many years to come and a must for every collector or enthusiast!
