Every lighter will be send with a Track & Trace code and fully insured trough PostNL, the biggest shipping company in The Netherlands.

International shipping can take a number of days up to a few weeks considering customs and where you are located. You also have the option of choosing DHL Express on checkout, this will only take a couple of days.

The conditions of return:

• Buyer can return this item
• Buyer must return the item within 14 days of delivery
• Buyer is responsible for return postage costs, and the initial postage cost will be deducted from the purchase amount
• Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with The Lighterhouse) if an item isn’t returned in original condition

This is not a trial period; our lighters are well documented and any wear or damage will be deducted from the return amount.

All lighters have a 3 month warrarenty after purchase.

However, even though crucial parts may have been serviced/replaced, an older lighter may still leak gas over time, or miss a spark. These lighters have aged over decades, resulting in some internal wear that may have accumulated and will affect their performance, and there is nothing to be done about it. Just know that you are buying a vintage product, and it can happen that they may not perform as aspected from a new lighter.
