“IMCO®, the World’s Supreme Lighter since 1918!”
The IMCO barrel is very simply made, consisting of just two brass pieces. I has no windshield and it has a manual sparking action. This was a good thing since these lighters thus could be made in large quantities, for example, to use as marketing products. This lighter is an example of such an IMCO Barrel with a company’s logo, in this case for the “Oranjeboom brouwerij”, a Dutch beer brewery.
