Description
The Ronson Magnacase is a stunning and rare cigarette case with a built-in lighter mechanism. It’s Ronson’s tallest and thinnest case-lighter combination. Hold 15 cigarettes (small ones, since the case was made before the invention of filter cigarettes). Ninetheen designs include numerous chromium and dureum models and one in rodhium. Enamels of white, ivory, black and tortoise (like this one) were used, some in striking Art Deco designs. The model shown here has the thumb lever used to actuate lighter in the usual location on top. Earlier models had the tumb lever on the top right side.
